GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. Reservation
The reservation becomes effective after validation by the owner and receipt of payment. Any reservation request implies full acceptance of these general conditions.

2. Rates
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. The rate includes the use of accommodation, the amenities listed in the advertisement, and utilities (water, electricity, heating).

3. Payment
Payment is made upon booking, by credit card or other available method. The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

4. Cancellation

• Cancellation by the tenant:
  • More than 60 days before the arrival date : No amount is due.
  • Between 60 and 31 days before arrival : No amount is due.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival : 30% of the total amount is due.
  • Between 14 and 3 days before arrival : 50% of the total amount is due.
  • Between 2 and 0 days before arrival : 100% of the total amount is due.
• Cancellation by the owner : In the event of a major unforeseen event, the tenant will be fully reimbursed without any further compensation.

5. Arrival and departure time

• Arrival : between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Departure : before 11:00 a.m.
  Any unauthorized excess may result in a deduction or additional invoicing.

6. Internal regulations

• The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
• Animals are not allowed without prior authorization.
• Parties and noise pollution are prohibited.
  Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion without refund.

7. Capacity
The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 2 people. In the event of unauthorized overstaying, the owner reserves the right to refuse access or apply a surcharge.

8. Degradations
Any missing or damaged items will be charged. The tenant is responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

9. Additional services
Any specific request (bottle, romantic decoration, etc.) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. These services are additional and subject to availability.

10. Liability
The owner cannot be held responsible for the theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings in the accommodation. The tenant agrees to have valid liability insurance to cover any possible damage.

11. Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely for booking management and customer relations. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. To exercise your rights: locationinsolite08@gmail.com.

12. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.

13. Acceptance of the conditions
By making a reservation, the tenant acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these General Conditions of Sale.
